2.) Order

The purchase contract on the basis of which the sale of the goods is realized between the seller and the buyer is based on a binding order confirmation. For confirmation of the order, confirmation by e-mail is considered. E-mail confirmation follows receipt of an electronic order from the buyer. An acknowledgment of receipt of an order to the system (copy of the order) is not a confirmation. Upon confirmation of the order by the seller, the order becomes binding on both parties, unless the contracting parties breach the terms agreed at the time of the order confirmation. Essential conditions include the exact specification of the goods specified in the order, the number of ordered pieces, the price for the goods.

3.) Cancellation of the Order, Cancellation of the Order by the Seller:

Without giving any reason - the goods were sold out, the goods are no longer produced or the seller's price has changed significantly. In these cases, the goods will not be delivered. In accordance with the wording of Act No. 367/2000, buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract (in case of mail order) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right to return the goods within 14 days is conditional upon the purchase of the goods as a natural person (not the ID). If you decide to use the above right of withdrawal, we ask you to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please contact us in writing (by email suvenirprague1@gmail.com) that you are applying for a withdrawal from the sales contract. Provide order number, purchase date, variable symbol.

If the goods have already been delivered to you and you have received it, please contact us as described above and, in agreement with the merchant, pack and return to our address with all the documents you have received with the purchase of the goods, or import the goods at the Return Address: cz, sro Kaprova 45/10, 110 00, Prague 1.

Send the goods as recommended and insured (we recommend to insure the value of the returned goods), as we do not bear responsibility for its possible loss on the way to us. Sending is not recommended on cash on delivery. Goods sent by cash will not be accepted by our staff.

Once all the above conditions for the return of the goods have been fulfilled, we will send you the money for the goods by bank transfer to your account. In the case of sending to the bank account, the amount for the goods will be sent not later than 14 days after the physical takeover of the goods at the seat of the seller. In the case of non-delivery of complete goods or otherwise contrary to the above mentioned conditions, the deadline for sending the money is shifted until the delivery of full-value goods.

By law, we are entitled to charge the buyer with the actual and demonstrable costs associated with the return of the goods. The buyer undertakes to pay the seller a cancellation fee equal to the degree of wear of the ordered goods in the case of goods dispatched to the purchaser when the buyer takes over the goods and withdraws from the purchase contract due to the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract in connection with the consumer contract pursuant to the provisions of Section 52 of the Civil Code, means of distance communication, in the case of a consumer contract and the conditions for withdrawal from the contract and the goods can not be sold as new.

In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, we will not accept withdrawal from the consumer contract and the goods will be returned at the expense of the sender or will be stored at our headquarters for a handling fee of 1% of the sale price of the goods per day of storage.

The invoice for the purchase of goods at the Suvenyry.com internet shop is sent in the shipment together with the delivery note.

5.) Warranty documents

If the manufacturer fails to deliver a warranty document to the merchandise, the issued invoice SouvenirPrague.com serves as a tax document and as the main warranty card.

6.) Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. In order to offer you valuable services, we need to know some of your personal data. We protect this data from misuse and will never be provided to any third party. Any handling of personal data on SouvenirPrague.com is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll. About Privacy Policy. This information is not and will not be sold, leased or otherwise shared with other entities other than as specified in this agreement. The exception is only the realization of the goods transport itself, when it is necessary to provide the basic personal data for delivery of ordered goods. The personal information you fill out when ordering is solely for the successful handling of your request and the delivery of the goods. The Customer has the right at any time to request the cancellation and deletion of its personal data from our database. By using the services of the www.SouvenirPrague.com online store, the customer agrees to collect the data needed for the purchase.

7.) Method and prices of transport

7.1.) Retail orders: Czech Post + cash on delivery. The delivery price is determined by location.

8.) Prices of Goods

The prices of the goods in the e-shop and in the store are VAT included in the 21% and all the legal fees.

9.) Differences in Display Colors 

We are not responsible for the color difference between the reality and the color that is displayed on your display.

10. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

10.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by law within 14 days without giving any reason.

11. Complaints

11.1. If the claim is acknowledged within the statutory time limit of 30 days, the customer will be informed by e-mail, telephone or letter and will be credited with the same amount as the seller received.

12. Rights of defective performance

12.1. The rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties with regard to rights of defective performance are governed by applicable generally binding legal regulations (in particular the provisions of Sections 1914 to 1925, Sections 2099 to 2117 and Sections 2161 to 2174 of the Civil Code).

12.2. Rights to defective performance are claimed by the buyer at the seller's address at his premises where acceptance of the claim is possible with regard to the range of goods sold or the courier, or even the place of business or place of business.

13.) Final provisions I.

These Terms of Business are valid for all purchase contracts concluded between the customer and the Internet shop operator www.SouvenirPrague.com Roka cz, s.r.o. and the customer. Supplier reserves the right to change the business terms. The change of conditions shall be announced in an appropriate manner on the website at least 1 month before the new conditions are effective.

14. Final Provisions II.

14.1. If a relationship based on a sales contract contains an international (foreign) element, then the parties agree that the relationship is governed by Czech law. This does not affect the consumer's rights under generally binding legal regulations.

14.2. The Purchase Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions, is archived by the Seller in electronic form and is not accessible.
